About Us
- Coordinates with the VA-ACS Program Committee and other Councilors to set requirements and review abstracts, select presenters for the scientific forum at the annual meeting, and lead the selection process for the Bigger-Lehman award
- Lends representatives to help score presentations for awards and moderate sessions at the meeting along with representatives from other committees
- Manages application and selection process for grants sponsored by the VA-ACS
- Reviews submissions for the Art of Surgery
- Facilitates Department of Surgery updates at the annual meeting
