About Us
The Military Surgery Committee is looking for members!
For those who don’t know me, I am an active duty Navy surgeon, currently in a civilian critical care fellowship at EVMS. I am the chair of the chapter’s military surgery committee, and I’d like to use this year to expand our membership and set an agenda for the next several months. Any interested member of the chapter can participate — active duty, reservist, non-military, and everything in between!
We have a robust network of military surgeons across the state, and there are multiple opportunities for us to add to the Chapter’s strength. We are looking to increase military membership in the Chapter, continue our involvement in Chapter activities, strengthen our existing military-civilian partnerships, and find new ways that we can collaborate in the coming years.
